The no.22 mincer plate is made from stainless steel. There are a number of hole sizes to choose from depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat. The sizes are 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 16mm.

Choose from the following sizes: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, & 16mm. Below are the grades of mince you can expect to get from each plate.
3.0mm - Very Fine
4.5mm - Fine
6.0mm - Medium
8.0mm - Coarse
10mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
12mm - Sausage Making Plate (for when it goes back through the mincer into skins the second time around).
Kidney Plate - Just 3 holes.
All sizes ate made from 100% Stainless Steel and are suitable for a No.22 Mincer. Always use stainless steel plates in conjunction with a stainless steel knife.
