The 10kg pack of Weschenfelder Salami curing salts are ideal for use with any of our Salami & Chorizo Seasonings. They can also be used with your own Salami Recipe. This cure is a complete mix so you don't need to add any further salts to the recipe.
Simply use at a rate of 20g (2%) per kilo of meat.
