This is a classic manual mincer produced and made from all stainless steel. This Manual Mincer is based on the classic design that is normally in cast iron, which you would have found in just about every pre-war house. This new update brings a new dimension in terms of design and quality.
This No.8 Mincer is nicely packaged and comes with a stainless steel knife, 6mm grinding plate, plus 2 Sausage Nozzles and Sausage Plate (16mm).
Well engineered and completely sturdy this is a kitchen gadget that will pay for itself in no time at all. Will fit a maximum worktop depth of 40mm.
It's easy to disassemble making it very easy to clean and store.
Ideal for mincing small amounts of fresh meats that you will use during the week, or grinding cooked meats for old favourites such as Shepards Pie!
