This set contains everything you need to carve your meat with precision. The set includes x1 Scimitar Knife and x1 Carving fork.

The scimitar knife is 23cm and has a curved semirigid blade designed to carve slices of meat to perfection. Perfect for Poultry, roasts, hams, and other cooked meats of large size.

The Forged Carving fork is 33cm and has two points with a forged steel blade. As any carver will know, this is extremely useful for keeping the meat in position, allowing you to carve your meat with precision at any occasion.
