The Gourmet Thermometer is a water-resistant thermometer with a folding probe. It is an easy-to-use food thermometer, ideal for monitoring cooking, cooling and food holding temperatures as part of HACCP and health and safety procedures.
The Gourmet thermometer has a stainless steel food penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 110mm) that folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use for extra safety when not in use the probe does rotate 180 degrees thus allowing the user to transport the instrument safely.
It has a handy range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C/°F resolution and incorporates two push button switches, on/off and hold. It has a 5000-hour battery life so will be sure to last the test of time.
