A traditional roll of unbleached muslin or stockinette used for wrapping dried bacon & hams & originally used for wrapping New Zealand lamb (hence the term 'mutton cloth'). Allows the meat to breathe while protecting the outer layers from unwanted pests.
Comes as a large roll (tube) as shown weighing 800g.
