The 21mm collagen casings provide a great casing for a thin chipolata sized sausage. They come on 4 rods and each pack will make 50mtrs of sausages. The great thing about collagen casings is that they are less messy than natural casings and if stored in a cool dry place, they will last indeffinitley.
These are the 21mm Collagen casings and are ideal for a traditional British Cocktail Sausage, served on a stick at a buffet, or for a Children’s Party. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial casings' are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod which will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer.
Each pack contains 4 x 12.5mtr rods and provided they are kept dry they will keep indefinitley.
