Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casings are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place it over the nozzle of your stuffer.
Each pack contains 4 x 12.5mtr Rods and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
