The continental curing salts can be used for a whole range of Continental style sausages that require a very low nitrite salt to quickly cure the meat.
Ideal for many German and Eastern European and Chinese style sausages including many Bratwursts and Kielbasa.
Use at 2% or 20 grams per kilo of meat . Contains 99.6% Salt and 0.4% Sodium Nitrite. 1kg Pack.
