This is a sweet tasty mix that has a subtle kick of chilli that is by no means overpowering. With a sweet background, a gentle spice kick and plenty of chilli pieces it produces an all-round sausage that smells and tastes divine.
This is a versatile sausage mix that creates a moreish sausage that can be used in casseroles, hot dogs and more.
Each pack contains 779g. All you need to do is add it to some good quality British Pork along with some water.
This pack will make up to 20lbs of Sausages. Use the 0.779kg packet of sweet chilli mix and add 7.378kg minced meat and 0.936kg of cold water. Mix well and fill into casings.
