This beautiful sausage mix is specifically designed for game meats including Venison, Wild Boar. It combines Rosemary, Garlic and Thyme to enhance the natural flavour of the meat.
The flavours in this mix really come together and work beautifully with a course farmhouse style sausage.
The sausage mix combines spices herbs and rusk all in one pack, so all you need to add is chilled water and some of your own game meat before filling into casings.
When making game sausages we always advise adding 30% belly pork or pork back fat to ensure for a succulent sausage.
