With a 90mm diameter and a continuous length of 20mtr, these casings are perfect for producing products that need a traditional appearance and will cling to your meat once filled. 

This casing produces a straight sausage/salumi and is opaque in colour, meaning it will take on the colour of the meat. 

These casings were designed for their excellent permeability and perfect balance to ensure a first-class cultivation allowing a healthy mould development to form across the product.

These casings were designed for their excellent permeability and perfect balance to ensure a first-class cultivation allowing a healthy mould development to form across the product.

This collagen shire will help you to produce a uniform consistent product. These casings are ready to use as they are, simply cut off what you need and stuff.

Before filling tie one end with butcher's twine or clip. Once filled the casing will cling to the meat and you will need to tie the other open end.

This casing is an excellent alternative to natural casings whilst also helping users to produce sausage and other charcuterie products efficiently.
