These casings are known as yellow tag hog casings and have a diameter of 30/34mm. The casings come on a ring. 

These casings come in a small 5ltr white tub and are vacuum packed and preserved in salt ensuring they will be fresh from the moment you open them up. 

These casings are best suited for making Cumberland, Bratwursts and also the famous South African Boerewors sausage.
