Leonards Gluten Free Cranberry & Orange Stuffing Mix (1kg)
A beautifully blended stuffing mix with oodles of dried cranberries to give a burst of flavour whilst the orange oil gives a slight bitterness balancing out the sweetness from the cranberries. Simply weigh out 100g stuffing mix and add 200ml of hot water.
Mix well and form into stuffing balls or use to stuff meat joints. This stuffing mix has the added bonus of being gluten-free and does not affect the texture or flavour in any way.
