Pork and caramelised onion go together like salt and pepper. This mix has oodles of onions that have been caramelised and ground, concentrating the flavour of the onions in this mix accentuating the sweetness.

A bit of a winter warmer, this mix produces a sausage that works well in casseroles, toad-in-the-hole or the simple but classic British dish of sausage and mash. 

This mix is sold in trade packs with the option of:

5 x 0.681kg packs (1 x 5 mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 10lb batch.

12 x 1.362kg packs (1 x 12mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 20lb batch.
