A delightful complete sausage mix that is a real family pleaser. This sausage mix is perfect when teamed up with good quality pork as the sweetness of the apples really accentuates the flavour. 

Traditionally pork and apple is seen as an autumnal/winter sausage mix but we think it can be enjoyed all year round.

As this is a trade pack, there are two options in pack sizes:

5 x 0.681kg packs (1 x 5 mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 10lb batch.

12 x 1.362kg packs (1 x 12mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 20lb batch.
