This Pork and Apple complete sausage mix comes in a 681g pack. A delightful complete sausage mix that is a real family pleaser and it is perfect when teamed up with good quality pork as the sweetness of the apples really accentuates the flavour. 

Traditionally pork and apple is seen as an autumnal/winter sausage mix but we think it can be enjoyed all year round.

Each 681g pack will make a 4.5kg (10lb) batch of sausages and the recipe is included on the pack.
