The Tre Spade Mod.5 Rosso Horizontal Stuffer comes with a beautiful stainless steel barrel and carbon steel sides painted with the traditional TreSpade deep red colour. This is an ideal machine for someone wanting to start a small-scale production in a Farm Shop, Deli, Restuarant, or Hotel or for the hobbyist making a lot of sausages!
The Mod.5 has a 10lb capacity and a two-gear system enabling you to control the speed of production. The ‘shoulder’ comes with a screw-on brace for the nozzles. This well-engineered stuffer comes with 4 different sized plastic nozzles of 10, 20, 30 and 40mm so you can make anything from a chipolata-sized sausage up to a Cumberland or even a black pudding.
As with all the Trespade machines, this is a high-quality well-engineered product that continues to be manufactured in Torino in Northern Italy with all the attention to detail we have come to expect.
