A traditional British Classic. Mild in heat with cumin, coriander, cayenne, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and a hearty tomato note.
Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
