Old Yorkshire Sausage Seasoning
This peppery sausage seasoning originated from a family butchery in the Yorkshire Dales (hence the name). This Old Yorkshire sausage seasoning produces a beautiful breakfast sausage with a strong pepper kick.
Along with the pepper is a beautiful blend of nutmeg, mace and ground coriander which certainly adds the oodles of flavour. A well spiced seasoning that is versatile. Great as a breakfast sausage or added to dishes such as Toad in the Hole, Sausage casserole or on their own on the Barbecue.

This seasoning is made up from a recipe we have had in the safe dating back to the early 1950's from a family friend who is a butcher in the Yorkshire Dales. This peppery pork seasoning has a beautiful blend of mace, nutmeg and ground coriander. This sausage makes the perfect breakfast sausage with a strong pepper kick.
Suitable as Gluten-Free if used with gluten free rusk.
Each pack contains 227g and is enough for a 20lb mix of sausage! All you need in addition are some casings, rusk, and your own meat!
