Pheasant Burger Mix (300g)

This burger mix features some classic spices including cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and pepper which are balanced out by a herby blend of thyme, parsley, garlic and onions. In the mix are a small handful of diced dehydrated apricot chunks which give your pheasant burgers an added zing.

This 300g pack of burger mix will make a 5kg batch of burgers which equates to approximately 40 burgers.

Use at a rate of 5 - 7.5% to the weight of the meat and add water at the same ratio.
