This spooled pack of casings come ready spooled making them super easy to soak and insert onto the nozzle without those annoying knots and tangles. They have amazing flexibility and will produce a Cumberland-style sausage. When biting into the sausage you will hardly notice they are there and are much less chewy than other hog casings on the market.

With 72 mtrs in length, these spooled casings will make up to 40kg of sausages. 

This casing will produce a 32/34mm 1.2” sausage, so once the casings have been filled/stuffed they will be just slightly smaller than a standard milk bottle top).

This product will have a minimum best-before-life of 6 months. It will last this full time, even if opened, as long as the usage and storage instructions are followed.
