New and improved this is ideal for most Game Meats including Venison, Pheasant and Boar. This burger mix is blended with ground black pepper, cumin and smoked paprika along with ground marjoram and rubbed thyme, which combine to give a good depth of flavour to enhance and compliment game meats. 

This mix not only compliments the meat but lets the meat come to the forefront and accentuates those great gamey flavours.
