Full 15kg Sack Gluten Free Rusk. This Ripon Gluten Free Rusk made in the UK, is made from Vegetable Fibre and Rice Flour.
The usage rate are also the same for sausages but with slightly less water (1kg to 1.6ltrs as opposed to 1 to 2 with regular rusk).
It looks similar to regular rusk and its properties and usage rate are also the same. This product gives you the opportunity to create your own Gluten-Free sausages with your own salt, pepper, herbs and spices but retains the British style of sausage that your family and friends are used to.
