All the tools you need in a roll for the serious BBQ pitmaster. All the knives in this set are encased in a velcro folding roll.
The pack includes:
x1 XL Scimitar Knife 20cm - Knife with a semi-rigid curved blade similar to the American models. This knife is ideal for cooking medium slices of cooked and raw meat.
x1 Olivata Scimitar Knife 26cm - Knife with a semi-rigid curved blade similar to the American models. This knife is ideal for cutting larger slices of meat including poultry, hams, large meat joints and more.
x1 Boning Knife 16cm - Knife with a rigid straight blade. Ideal for deboning, skinning, and removing tendons and fat. The pointed blade facilitates cutting operations close to the bone.
x1 Paring Knife 10cm - Knife with a semi-rigid blade for cutting and peeling vegetables and fruit as well as day-to-day kitchen tasks.
The Sanelli knives all have Ergonomic handles in double molding and non-slip material.
The roller is machine washable and all knives can be washed in the dishwasher.
