Edicol Collagen Roll (Parve) 580mm x 100mtrs. Ideal for wrapping whole cured muscle joints such as Coppa or Lomo or Bresaola. Simply cut a suitable length from the roll and wrap in the Collagen Sheet which 'moulds' to the meat and allows the meat to breathe during the drying and maturation stage.
