Collagen 21mm casings are the Collagen casings that are most ideal for a traditional British Cocktail Sausage, served on a stick at a buffet or for a Children’s Party. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place it over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
