This caddy of 23mm casings are ideal trade users wanting to make large batches of sausages using collagen casings.
A caddy of 23mm casings makes up 450mtrs of sausages. Collagen 23mm casings is the Collagen equivalent of a Sheep Casing.
Ideal for a typical thin breakfast style sausages. Collagen Casings or artificial casings are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage.
Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
