Trade Pack - known as a 'Caddy' of Collagen 26mm Casings. This sealed pack comes with 32 rods of casings each 12.5mtrs in length making a total of 400mtrs.
Collagen 26mm casings are the Collagen equivalent of a wide Sheep Casing and will produce a beautiful sausage perfect for midweek meals.
Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage. Simply cut a section and place it over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
