This range of trade pack beef casings provides the opportunity to bulk buy beef casings at a discounted price compared with single packs. This extensive range has beef runner casings, beef middle casings and beef cap (bung) casings are supplied in various calibres from 43mm to 150mm diameter. All our casings are grade 1A and produce a high-quality end product. Beef casings are robust and can be used to make black pudding, salami, haggis and more speciality cured meats. These trade-pack beef casings are ideal for butchers, restaurants and farm shops looking to make large batches of charcuterie, salumi & haggis at a time.
