As they come ready spooled, this system saves time on threading the casings onto the nozzle & also cuts out operator wastage. Simply soak the casings in warm water & the casings are ready to slide straight onto the nozzle of your sausage filler.
Cured in salt and vac-packed these ‘Butcher Pack' Spooled Sheep casings are selected from prime British Sheep. These extra wide sheep casings are strong when filling, with good long lengths, but very tender on the palate when eaten. All our casings are selected to a strict A/B quality with every yard water tested prior to being spooled & cured in salt.
They are ideal for anyone wanting to use sheep casings but want a slightly wider sausage and are becoming one of our most popular calibers amongst butchers in the trade.
