With a diameter of 22/24mm, these casings are the perfect size for making a breakfast sausage. They are one of the most popular casings amongst butchers due to their versatility. They have a lovely flush colour and offer users great flexibility when filling and linking the sausages. The casings come vacuum-packed and salted with a lengthy use-by date on every pack we supply.

The sheep casings are meticulously graded and selected to a strict A/B quality with every metre. This ensures every pack of casings we supply are strong and can handle the pressure when filled, meaning less waste for the end producer. With quality long lengths, these casings are easy-to-use and produce a beautifully tender sausage for all to enjoy, including children.
