These are the essential flavours for your summer barbecues and are a great set of complete mixes. 

Both the Hog Roast and Louisiana sausage mixes will make a 20lb batch of sausages whilst the Sicilian will make a 10lb batch. Each pack contains rusk so all you need to do is add the water and you are set to go. 

You can scale down the recipe provided on the front of each pack if you wish to make smaller batches and put the complete mix back in a dry storage cupboard for use at a later date.
