This mix is blended with three different types of Chilli as well as a hit of Star Anise to give this mix a full and rounded flavour! As this is a complete mix, it includes Rusk as well as the spices, so all you need to add is a good quality British pork or game. Best cooked on a sizzling outdoor fire on a cold evening. Serve with mash potato or a hot mustard sauce if it's not hot enough!
