This Supreme Wild Mushroom & Herb Sausage Mix has proved extremely popular, with customers using it for both Pork & Game Sausages. It is a complete mix, containing herbs, salt, black pepper, dried wild mushrooms & bread crumbs.
This mix will make a 4.5kg (10lb) batch of sausages. Simply add it to your meat with cold water before filling into casings.
