Make your own traditional Pork Pie with our special Pork Pie Curing Salts and Seasonings. The pack comes with a 200g pack of pie seasoning and a 200g pack of the pie cure with full instructions for both curing the meat and making a hot crust pastry.
The cure will make a traditional 'pink' pie. Use at the rate of 11grams of each per kg of meat.
