Our gluten free sausage mixes give you the opportunity to make traditional british sausages without having to resort to a 100% meat content that are often to dense and dry.
The Gluten Free Cumberland Mix contains dried potato flake and potato starch to substitute for the rusk or bread crumbs that are normally used in british style sausages and is complete with added seasonings and herbs.
Each 1.362kg pack is sufficient enough to make a 20lb batch. All you need to add is meat and water. Use the following ratios ; 5.89kg Meat, 1.36kg Mix and 1.81kg Cold Water. Simply follow the method in our black leaflet.
