This mix works really well with lamb, beef and pork.

Tasty and not spicy. A blend that includes cumin, coriander, pepper and ginger with visual pieces of dried dates running throughout.
The mix produces a round, full-bodied, sweet and astringent flavour with a satisfying and appetite-stimulating pepper bite. While each spice makes its own distinctive contribution and may leave one with a lingering hint of its individuality, no single flavour dominates making this a fantastic and unique sausage mix.
The dates running through the mix add a fruitiness to the sausage which balances out the spices beautifully.
Each pack comes in a 1.362kg bag which is enough to make a 9kg (20lb) batch of sausages. A recipe is included on the front of each pack of mix.
