What goes with beef better than fresh horseradish? The heat from the horseradish compliments the beef beautifully to make a well-rounded sausage ideal for anytime of the year. It sure packs a punch and produces a great flavored sausage to use in any stew or casserole. 

This mix is obviously a match for beef sausages but will also work well with venison or all game meats.

These are sold in trade packs with an option of:

5 x 0.681kg packs (1 x 5 mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 10lb batch.

12 x 1.362kg packs (1 x 12mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 20lb batch.
