The Cranberry Apple and Rosemary has the added benefit of being a gluten-free mix. We can assure you that this does not affect the taste and you will not notice a difference. 

Each mix has an easy-to-follow recipe on the front to ensure you make a beautiful-tasting sausage on your first attempt. Once you get more experienced you can start adding other ingredients to your mix to suit your taste. 

The Gourmet Pork and Chestnut Mix will make a 20lb batch of sausages, whilst the Gourmet Orange & Cranberry Mix and the Cranberry Apple and Rosemary Mix will make a 10lb batch.
