Trade Pack - known as a 'Caddy' of Collagen 19mm Casings. This sealed pack comes with 55 rods of casings each 12.5mtrs in length making a total of 687mtrs.
Collagen 19mm casings are the Collagen equivalent of a Sheep Casing and will produce a small ‘cocktail’ type sausage, similar to a Nurnberger German Sausage. This is about as thin as you can get and your mix will need to be of a ‘fine’ texture.
Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage. Simply cut a section and place it over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
