This caddy of 28mm casings are ideal trade users wanting to make large batches of sausages using collagen casings. A caddy of 28mm casings makes up 350mtrs of sausages.

These casings are easy to use and less messy than the natural casings. 

This 28mm calibre are the collagen equivalent of a Hog Casing. Ideal for a Cumberland style sausage, thick Pork, or Game style sausage.

They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage. Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. 

Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
