Collagen 30mm casings are the Collagen equivalent of a Hog Casing. Ideal for a ‘Cumberland’ style sausage, thick Pork, or Game style sausage. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage. Simply cut a section and place it over the nozzle of your stuffer. Provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely.
