The Tre Spade TC-22 El ECO Electric meat mincer is the largest of the Eco range. Stripped back to its bones, this is a Tre Spade mincer for the purist. With no motor cover and a simple red, hardened plastic tray, this mincer is designed to go through meat quickly without any fuss. 

The mincer has a 0.8HP motor, allowing you to mince through 2.6kg (approx 3 lbs) of meat per minute. 

It comes complete with a stainless steel knife, two stainless steel plates (6mm & 16mm), and a set of sausage-making nozzles (10mm, 20mm). The knife is self-sharpening, making it ideal for long periods of time.

The head, worm, and screw are made from high-quality Italian cast iron and the receiving tray is made from high-resistance plastic.

The base of this machine is made from stainless steel to ensure the machine can handle the pressure put on the mincer when at work.

With a weight of 17.5kg, it is a robust, reliable Italian workhorse that can deal with large quantities of meat at a time.

This machine is suitable for domestic households, smallholders, Farmers, restaurants, and small-scale butchers and will be able to deal with whole pigs, sides of beef and several deer.
